icare support services

Access to technical support and service is essential to keep your systems running at optimum efficiency. To meet this need icorp has developed the icare range of techincal support options. icare allows you the flexibilty to purchase the most appropriate level of cover, from low cost telephone support contracts through to mission critical customised service contracts for large production facilities. icare has an otion to suit you.

icare telephone support

Telephone support only for workstations at a client site. Allows a limited number of the client's staff to call the icorp technical response centre for over-the-phone technical assistance with both hardware and software issues.

If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone a booking can be made immediately for an on-site visit by a qualified icorp technician at the normal call-out rates.

icare vouchers

Pre-purchased half-hour vouchers that can be redeemed for workshop and/or on-site labour or training. Vouchers have a two year expiry date, therefore guaranteeing service labour costs for that period.

icare premium

icorp's total servicing solution, providing full on-site support for parts and labour. Take an icare premium contract and rest assured that you will not incur any further charges for servicing of your equipment. Telephone support included.
